Custom design (not a template), mobile-first layout, production-minded code, on-page SEO foundations, deploy/handoff guidance, and direct communication with me. Larger packages add APIs, databases, payments, support windows, and deeper product features. Full breakdown →
No. The quoted price is the price. Scope is written before work begins. Anything beyond that scope is quoted separately never billed without your approval.
For larger builds, milestone payments work well typically 50% to start, then balance on delivery (or split across milestones for longer SaaS work). Payment terms are agreed in writing before coding starts.
Landing / brand sites can move quickly. Business sites usually take a few days to a couple of weeks depending on content. Full-stack apps and SaaS are scoped in milestones you’ll get a clear timeline before we start. If anything shifts, you’ll hear it immediately.
Rush work is sometimes possible depending on current load. Email or call with the deadline and I’ll tell you straight whether it fits and if a rush fee applies.
A short brief: what you’re building, who it’s for, must-have features, timeline, and any references. Logo/content help if you have them if not, we can plan copy and assets as part of the engagement.
1. Discovery goals, constraints, stack fit. 2. Quote & scope transparent plan. 3. Build working software in short cycles. 4. Review revisions within scope. 5. Launch & handoff deploy, docs, ownership.
Revisions within the agreed scope are part of getting it right not a nickel-and-dime game. Major additions (new modules, new apps, big feature sets) are quoted separately.
For WordPress builds, yes you get a CMS. For React / NestJS products, you get clean code and handoff docs. Admin panels can be included when the product needs them. You’re never locked out of what you paid for.
Full-stack packages include a support window after launch. After that, monthly maintenance or per-task work is available. Many clients stay on for ongoing features.

Yes chat assistants, document intelligence, and automation with OpenAI, Groq, and LangChain, wired into real product flows.
I deliver deploy-ready code and can set up hosting (Vercel, Render, managed WordPress, etc.). You own the accounts; I configure them.

We revise within scope until it fits. Clear briefs and early previews prevent mismatches. If something’s off, we talk no ticket queue, no account manager.
You do, upon final payment code, design, and content for the project. NDAs available on request.

No cookie-cutter templates as the product. Builds are designed and engineered for your goals. WordPress/Elementor is used when a CMS is the right tool still tailored, not a generic theme dump.
